sejour.io provides digital stay guides for short-term rental guests. These guides contain general information about the property and surrounding area, provided by the property host.

A guide may also list premium services and experiences - such as transfers, catering, cleaning, rentals or activities - offered by your host or by independent third-party providers. We display these listings on their behalf. We do not provide, arrange, vet, endorse or guarantee any service, and we do not process payment for any service.

Your use of this service

By accessing a stay guide link, you agree to:

• Use the information for its intended purpose (your stay)
• Not share the link publicly
• Not attempt to access links not intended for you
• Not submit false, abusive or misleading service inquiries
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

Information accuracy

The property host provides all content in the stay guide. We display it on their behalf but do not verify its accuracy. This guide provides general information to help with your stay. Please confirm important details directly with your host.

sejour.io does not store, transmit, or manage door codes, keys, or any access credentials. Any access arrangements are strictly between you and your host.

AI chatbot assistant

This stay guide may include an AI-powered chatbot to help you find information. By using the chatbot:

• Your messages are processed by third-party AI services to generate responses
• The chatbot uses only information from the stay guide - it cannot access external sources
• Responses are AI-generated and may contain errors or misinterpretations
• Always verify important information directly with your host
• Do not share sensitive personal information in chat messages

The chatbot is provided for convenience only. For booking changes, payments, or urgent matters, contact your host directly or through your booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

Premium services and experiences

Your stay guide may display premium services and experiences. These are offered by your host or by independent third-party providers - not by sejour.io. By viewing or inquiring about a service, you acknowledge that:

• We are a listing platform only. We do not provide, arrange, supervise, vet, endorse, insure or guarantee any service or provider
• We are not a party to any agreement between you and a host or provider
• All descriptions, images, prices, availability, inclusions and credentials are supplied by the host or provider, and we do not verify them
• Prices shown are indicative only and may change - confirm the final price directly with the provider before committing
• Sending an inquiry is a request for information. It is not a booking, reservation or confirmation, and nothing is confirmed until the provider confirms it to you directly
• No payment is taken or processed through sejour.io. We will never request payment or payment details for a service
• Providers are solely responsible for holding any licences, permits, qualifications and insurance their service requires
• Where a listing links to an external booking site, that site is outside our control and governed by its own terms

Assessing suitability and risk is your responsibility. Some services - including activities, transport, childcare and wellness treatments - carry inherent risks or have age, health, fitness or supervision requirements. Before proceeding, satisfy yourself that the service and the provider are appropriate, competent and properly licensed for your circumstances.

Any dispute, complaint, cancellation, refund or claim relating to a service is strictly between you and the provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, sejour.io accepts no liability in connection with any service listed, inquired about, or received.

Assumption of risk

You expressly understand and agree that your use of this service is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for verifying any information with your host before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, sejour.io and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to:

• Inaccuracies in property or local information
• Any issues arising from your stay
• Any premium service listed in the guide, and any act or omission of a service provider
• Decisions you make based on information in the guide
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated chatbot responses
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Any other damages arising from your use of the service

Your agreement is with your host, not with us. We are solely a technology platform that displays information provided by hosts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless sejour.io and its operators from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
