What this is

sejour.io provides digital stay guides for short-term rental guests. These guides contain general information about the property and surrounding area, provided by the property host.

Your use of this service

By accessing a stay guide link, you agree to:

Use the information for its intended purpose (your stay)
Not share the link publicly
Not attempt to access links not intended for you
Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

Information accuracy

The property host provides all content in the stay guide. We display it on their behalf but do not verify its accuracy. This guide provides general information to help with your stay. Please confirm important details directly with your host.

sejour.io does not store, transmit, or manage door codes, keys, or any access credentials. Any access arrangements are strictly between you and your host.

AI chatbot assistant

This stay guide may include an AI-powered chatbot to help you find information. By using the chatbot:

Your messages are processed by third-party AI services to generate responses
The chatbot uses only information from the stay guide - it cannot access external sources
Responses are AI-generated and may contain errors or misinterpretations
Always verify important information directly with your host
Do not share sensitive personal information in chat messages

The chatbot is provided for convenience only. For booking changes, payments, or urgent matters, contact your host directly or through your booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

Assumption of risk

You expressly understand and agree that your use of this service is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for verifying any information with your host before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, sejour.io and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to:

Inaccuracies in property or local information
Any issues arising from your stay
Decisions you make based on information in the guide
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated chatbot responses
Service interruptions or technical issues
Any other damages arising from your use of the service

Your agreement is with your host, not with us. We are solely a technology platform that displays information provided by hosts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless sejour.io and its operators from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
