These terms apply when you list a premium service or experience on Sejour. Please read them before publishing.

This service is currently in beta. Premium service listings are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be unavailable, and you assume all risks associated with using beta software.
Sejour lets you list premium services and experiences - such as transfers, catering, cleaning, rentals or activities - inside the stay guides you send to your guests. Guests browse those listings and contact you directly. These terms govern that arrangement, and you are asked to accept them each time you publish a service.
You are the provider of the service you list, or you are authorised to list it on the provider's behalf. You are solely responsible for the service: how it is described, priced, arranged, delivered and supported, and for resolving any dispute about it.
You confirm that the service complies with all applicable laws and with any licensing, permit, registration, tax and safety requirements that apply to it, and that you hold appropriate and current insurance for it. Keeping this true over time is your responsibility, not ours.
Sejour is a listing platform. We display the information you provide so that guests can contact you directly. We do not provide, arrange, supervise, inspect, vet, endorse or guarantee any service, we take no payment or commission for it, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a guest.
Any arrangement, payment, cancellation or dispute is strictly between you and the guest.
Where a guest answers questions you have configured, those answers are passed to you in the message the guest sends. Sejour does not store them. Once you receive that information you are the controller of it and are responsible for handling it lawfully, including under applicable data protection law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sejour accepts no liability arising out of or in connection with any service listed on the platform, including its provision, non-provision, quality, safety, timing or cancellation, or any loss, damage, injury or cost suffered by you, a guest or any third party in connection with it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You will indemnify Sejour against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a guest or third party arising out of or in connection with a service you list, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law.
We may remove or suspend any listing at any time, including where we believe it is unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or in breach of these terms. We are not obliged to monitor or review listings, and choosing not to remove one is not an endorsement of it.
We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to list a service constitutes acceptance of any changes. Questions about these terms? Contact us before publishing your service.
