What we collect
We respect your privacy. Very little is collected.
- We do not store, transmit, or manage door codes, keys, or access credentials
- We store booking date ranges solely to expire links after your stay ends
- We collect basic analytics (page views, device type, country) to improve the service
- Your IP address is used only to derive your country, then immediately discarded
Who provides your stay information
The property host creates and controls all content in your stay guide. We simply
display it on their behalf. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness,
or legality of host-provided content.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except:
- Basic hosting and analytics providers needed to run the service
- If required by law or to protect our legal rights
- Property hosts may see anonymized access statistics for their listings
AI chatbot
If you use the AI chatbot feature:
- Your chat messages are sent to third-party AI services to generate responses
- Chat messages and responses are stored on our servers to provide conversation history
- Chat sessions expire automatically after your booking period or after inactivity
- Property hosts may view chat transcripts to improve their stay guide
- We do not use your chat messages for advertising or sell them to third parties
Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat messages. The chatbot is designed
to answer questions about your stay, not to collect personal data.
Link expiration
Your stay guide link expires automatically after your booking period ends.
After expiration, the link becomes inaccessible.
Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information.
However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service means you
accept any changes.
